PM-International recently brought together over 2,500 of its top leaders from around the globe for its annual Leadership Event. This year’s event highlighted the ambitious theme of "Sprint to $4 Billion", reflecting the company’s focus on achieving $5 billion in retail sales by the end of 2027. With a reported growth rate of 24%, PM-International expressed confidence in reaching these targets.
Rolf Sorg, CEO and Founder of PM-International, emphasized the company’s trajectory during his opening remarks, stating, "What we are doing here is impacting the world like no one has ever seen before. If we keep up this pace right now, we will have the $4 billion in the books. It’s a big step up, and yet we are just getting started."
Major Investments and Infrastructure Growth
The event also showcased PM-International’s commitment to expanding its global infrastructure. The company celebrated the opening of two new regional headquarters: the Asia-Pacific Headquarters in Singapore and the Headquarters America in Sarasota, Florida. These facilities, representing a combined investment of $44 million, are designed to support rapid growth in their respective regions. The Singapore headquarters will enhance operations in Asia-Pacific, while the Sarasota location addresses increasing customer and distributor demand in North and South America.
Looking ahead, Sorg announced plans for further investments, with up to $200 million allocated for European infrastructure, IT projects, and sales team development in the coming year.

Commitment to Philanthropy
As part of its long-standing dedication to philanthropy, PM-International reaffirmed its partnership with World Vision Germany, a children’s aid organization. Vicki Sorg, Charity Ambassador for the company, announced new plans to sponsor 1,400 additional children in the coming year through the PM We Care initiative. This will bring the total number of sponsored children to 8,000.
"We can’t even imagine what these children and their families go through, and how big our impact is for them", said Vicki Sorg. "With every FitLine product purchased, our distributors and customers give one hour of life to a sponsored child. All of you are strong partners on our side, and we want to continue being the strong partner on World Vision’s side."
