Hanna is equal parts passionate and playful, always making heart work priority - literally. A congenital heart condition kept her in the hospital and the doctors on their toes from the start. It was a culmination of innovation and hard work from medical professionals that led to the moment that Hanna had been fighting for - a chance to live.
The journey brough Hanna from South America to the US where she was 1992’s medical breakthrough in cardiac surgery Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, which has now performed the life-saving surgery on over 2,000 children. With less than 6 months to live and after 2 heart attacks before the age of 10, it was only with HOPE that her family immigrated to this country. Not knowing the language, the system, or the people there were only two things they could follow: their hearts and the language of love.
Decades later, this is the message that still rings true and one she’s continued to learn, develop, and see in action as business owner, executive board director, and founder of nonprofit organizations.
What propelled Hanna into launching heartnomics? It’s multifaceted and not without it’s hard, heavy moments. She found herself at a crossroads with decreasing revenues and a fast changing marketplace. Further compounded by high turnover and ever-changing standards. She knew that the only way to not only survive, but to THRIVE was to implement this language of love along with measurable metrics and systems in the people that make the core of your business.

It's official! FWIT's 14th Annual Conference will be held in Longview, TX, from September 6 to 8, 2023. The FWIT Annual Conference is the signature of the event of the organization. Each year, members from across Texas gather in a designated city within the State for time to:
